You will handle sophisticated litigation and transactional matters across multiple disciplines, collaborate directly with senior attorneys, and build meaningful relationships with clients across diverse industry sectors. If you are intellectually curious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want real exposure to complex legal work early in your career, this role is for you.What You'll DoLitigation &amp; Dispute Resolution You will manage civil litigation matters across all stages &mdash; investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial preparation, trial, settlement negotiations, and appeals where necessary. You will represent clients before courts and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including mediation and arbitration, advocating for favorable outcomes with precision and professionalism.Commercial Transactions &amp; Contracting You will draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements, including master service agreements, professional services agreements, engagement letters, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements. You will work closely with internal business teams and subject matter experts to identify and resolve legal, risk, and business issues that arise in commercial transactions.Banking &amp; Lending Matters You will support the firm's community bank and commercial lending practice, assisting with loan documentation, commercial lending transactions, SBA matters, vendor management, corporate governance, and compliance and regulatory counsel.Turnaround &amp; Restructuring You will assist with troubled loan resolution matters, including workouts, restructurings, forbearance agreements, and foreclosure proceedings, helping clients navigate financially sensitive and time-critical situations.Corporate &amp; Regulatory Counsel You will advise on corporate governance, entity creation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and real estate law. You will monitor and apply regulatory changes to new and existing contracts and assist with policy and procedure drafting and review.Client Counsel &amp; Education You will serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients on legal strategy, risk exposure, and likely outcomes.
