Roles &amp; Responsibility ; High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) Foundry<ul><li>Operate and maintain HPDC machines (Buhler, Toshiba, Zitai, or equivalent).</li></ul>Support process improvements, kaizen, and cycle-time reduction initiatives<ul><li>Execute preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting.</li><li>Optimize casting parameters to minimize defects like porosity, cold shuts, and shrinkage.</li><li>Coordinate with stores and spares management.</li></ul>CNC Maintenance<ul><li>Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for VMC, HMC, and turning centers.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi).</li><li>Manage spindles, ball screws, lubrication, and coolant systems to ensure machine reliability.</li><li>Assist in new CNC installation, commissioning, and line integration.</li><li>Monitor MTBF/MTTR and maintain equipment health records.</li></ul>Robotics (Fanuc &amp; Yaskawa)<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance, backup &amp; restoration of robot programs, and safety checks.</li><li>Troubleshoot and rectify robot errors, servo alarms, encoder issues, and path deviations.</li><li>Optimize robot motion paths and cycle time for die casting, spraying, extraction, and handling.</li><li>Support end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) maintenance and sensor calibration.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, retrofits, and training.</li><li>Maintain robot safety compliance (interlocks, guarding, and emergency stop systems).</li></ul>Aluminum Melting &amp; Holding Furnaces<ul><li>Oversee operation and maintenance of melting and holding furnaces (electric/gas-fired).</li><li>Monitor burners, refractory lining, pumps, and temperature control systems.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of charging systems, crucibles, and ladles.</li><li>Troubleshoot thermal, electrical, and mechanical issues in furnaces.</li><li>Implement preventive maintenance schedules for furnaces, ladles, and metal transfer systems.</li><li>Ensure energy efficiency, temperature accuracy, and compliance with safety/environmental norms.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance schedules, and spares usage.</li><li>Prepare root cause analysis reports and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS/ISO 45001 standards.</li><li>Drive 5S, TPM, and safety culture across the shop floor.</li><li>Execute preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting.</li><li>Optimize casting parameters to minimize defects like porosity, cold shuts, and shrinkage.</li><li>Coordinate with stores and spares management.</li><li>Support process improvements, kaizen, and cycle-time reduction initiatives.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualification;<ul><li>HPDC process expertise (defect analysis, die performance, shot control).</li><li>CNC maintenance &amp; troubleshooting (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi).</li><li>Robot programming &amp; maintenance (Fanuc iPendant, Yaskawa DX100/200, MotoSim preferred).</li><li>Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Exposure to lean manufacturing, TPM, and predictive maintenance techniques.</li><li>Good communication, team leadership, and vendor coordination skills.</li><li>Proven experience in High-Pressure Die Casting operations, with at least 5 to 8 Years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team of employees</li><li>Education in Diploma and Degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering or manufacturing</li><li>Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5 total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
