G&amp;S Remodeling is a design-build firm serving Plano and the north Dallas suburbs. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling-kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, and custom additions.</p>

We're looking for an Interior Designer to join our Sales &amp; Design team. If you're a licensed designer who understands residential construction and wants to see your designs built with integrity, this is your opportunity.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>Lead design from concept through construction documentation</li>
<li>Create drawings, renderings, and client presentations</li>
<li>Support estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling</li>
<li>Conduct field observations and quality control reviews</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams</li></ul><br>

What You Bring</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture</li>
<li>NCIDQ certification or Texas state registration (preferred)</li>
<li>2+ years of interior design experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of residential remodeling</li>
<li>Proficient in Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Office 365</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li></ul><br>

Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></h3>
<p>
Salary: $60,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience</p>

<li>4 weeks paid vacation/sick time</li>

<li>$50/month cell phone allowance</li>
