You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee site operations, and ensure that every stage of project execution meets the company&rsquo;s standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in coordination with senior management.Execution &amp; Monitoring: Supervise on-site progress, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.Team Leadership: Lead engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; promote teamwork and accountability.Budget &amp; Cost Control: Manage budgets, track project costs, and ensure profitability without compromising quality.Client Coordination: Maintain strong client communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation measures.Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.Vendor Management: Engage and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers efficiently.HSE Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.Reporting: Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.Qualifications &amp; Requirements:* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).* 7&ndash;15 years of proven experience managing Civil / Infrastructure / Industrial / RCC projects.* Strong knowledge of Commercial, Warehouse, and Industrial PEB construction.* Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.* Sound understanding of project management software and MS Office tools.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and client coordination.Regards,Utkarsha Shelke Sr.HR RecruiterG Skyeagle Infrastructure Pvt.
