Position Title: Training Systems and Simulation Program Manager
Provides program management support to the F-35 Joint Program Office, Training Systems and Simulation Program Management Office (PMO) in the development, delivery, operation, and maintenance of all F-35 training systems, to include all Pilot Training Devices, Maintenance Training Devices, and the Joint Simulation Environment. The F-35 Training Systems are critical enablers to producing Mission Qualified Pilots and Maintainers while tracking their training status throughout the individuals' career. They are comprised of the Hardware, Software, subsystems, equipment, and reference data required to design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and refine the training provided to F-35 personnel with the necessary capacity and fidelity to enable aircrews to train to the high-end fight.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Training Systems and Simulation Programs Management Office is responsible for the following:<ul><li>
Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in overseeing the development and delivery of all Pilot Training Devices and Maintenance Training Devices, and in exploring future technology solutions that could potentially resolve existing technology limits within the training systems.</li><li>
Pilot and Maintenance Training Courseware - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in producing the courseware used for classroom training as a supplement to the Pilot and Maintenance Training Devices.</li><li>
Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in managing three subsystems as part of the LVC architecture.</li><li>
Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in coordinating with USN, USAF, and the intelligence community to produce a government-owned secure environment that combines constructive, virtual, hardware-in-the-loop, and anechoic chamber hosted entities while accommodating proprietary industry models through government-controlled interfaces.</li><li>
Verification and Validation - assist Training Systems and Simulation PMO in performing verification and validation as part of the development and acceptance of the Training Products (devices, courseware, training aids, etc.) prior to delivery to the customer.</li></ul>
Knowledge and Qualifications<ul><li>
Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline or a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category functional description.</li><li>
At least 10 years' experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, in weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of 6 years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning. At least three 3 years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).</li><li>
Leadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to weapons system acquisition, employment and life cycle management.</li><li>
Knowledge in DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2(Operation of the Defense Acquisition System),DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03 (International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&amp;L) Handbook.</li><li>
Provide subject matter expertise to support F-35program in delivering the weapons system.</li><li>
Assist with task support of acquisitions, financial management, risk management, systems engineering, total ownership cost determination, acquisition coordination, and communications.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of the system equipment life-cycle phases and the documentation, analyses, and reviews associated with those phases.</li></ul>

 Warehouse Management support for Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) contract providing Program Management, Educational Aides Services, Publication Storage and Assembly Warehouse Services, Student Records Management Services, Class Registration Services and Disclosure Support Services.
 
 
 
 Duties Include The Following

 Responsible for managing a 5,232 square foot warehouse.
 </li>

 Manage inventory control software program to provide accurate counts of publications and supplies in the warehouse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the delivery of classroom items throughout the campus.

 Oversee the stocking of materials in the designated locations using the first-in-first-out method.

 Knowledge And Qualifications

 Minimum of two years of consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past three years.

 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Duties include the following:

 Support planning and execution of CJCS, CCMD, 9AF AFCENT, and other component exercises as well as regional air shows in the USCENTCOM AOR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development of exercise constructs to include concept development, training audience, training and main exercise objectives, joint exercise control group operations, overall execution, and after&hyphen;action review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build exercise budgets in support of ACC and USCENTCOM, develop FY exercise proposals to support TSC Plans and build exercise constructs for CJCS approved objectives as published in Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and conduct meetings, conferences, briefings, and site surveys in support of CJCS and other command exercises as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and present exercise&hyphen;related briefings to command leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with HHQ, country teams, Host Nation partners, and other commands in the development and execution of CJCS exercises and regional air shows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deploy in support of CJCS, CCMD, 9AF AFCENT, and component exercises and air shows as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and publish formal exercise after action reports in coordination with the 9AF AFCENT Staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the 9AF AFCENT Air Warfare Center with exercise planning and execution expertise as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend/ participate in USCENTCOM and ACC exercise conferences and VTCs as required. Conduct all administrative requirements to facilitate exercise planning, briefs, and travel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Back&hyphen;up SME for the respective AOR countries associated with assigned exercises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development, management, and promulgation of long&hyphen;range exercise schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review current operations, operational plans, Air Force instructions, and joint publications with the purpose of collating data and information and brief senior officers orally and/or in writing of ongoing theater operations or issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Input into and analyze data from the G&hyphen;TSCMIS.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Knowledge And Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of one years' experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications/e&hyphen;mail systems or the equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of two years' experience planning exercises on a NAF or component command staff or higher level or other service equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in any subject or minimum of five years' experience on a NAF or component command staff or higher level or other service equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess a U.S. Passport and meet visa requirements for travel to USCENTCOM AOR countries.
