 What skills do you have?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
 </li>
 <li>
 1 year of HR experience (consultancy experience is an asset),
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of human resources processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good planning and organizational skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive mindset and strong time management skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and develop within HR processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What will you do?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supporting the Human Resources team in various HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR analytics, and personnel administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and data analysis,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the maintenance of HR documentation and employee records in line with company policies and legal requirements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to the coordination and execution of HR projects and internal processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of HR activities.
 </li>
