We are looking for a responsible and experienced Coaster Bus Driver to safely transport employees/workers to and from project sites, camps, and other assigned locations. The candidate must have good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely operate coaster bus for staff and worker transportation</li><li>Pick up and drop employees as per company schedule</li><li>Follow assigned routes and timings properly</li><li>Ensure safety and comfort of passengers during transportation</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle inspection before starting duty</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle</li><li>Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately</li><li>Ensure vehicle documents, permits, and licenses are always valid</li><li>Follow UAE traffic rules and company safety policies strictly</li><li>Coordinate with transport supervisor/site team regarding schedules</li><li>Maintain attendance and trip records if required</li><li>Support emergency transportation requirements when needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid UAE Driving License (Heavy Bus License)</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of UAE experience as a coaster/bus driver</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations</li><li>Familiar with traffic laws and safety procedures</li><li>Ability to work flexible timings and overtime if required</li><li>Basic communication skills in English/Hindi/Arabic is an advantage</li><li>Good behavior and professional attitude</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Work Location: In personPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the Fit-Out Industry to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience managing fit-out projects, with the ability to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle of fit-out projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.&middot; Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.&middot; Ensure that all fit-out projects meet the required specifications, standards, and regulations.&middot; Supervise site activities, manage construction workers, and ensure work is being carried out according to the project schedule.&middot; Review and analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.&middot; Manage and resolve any technical issues that arise during the execution of fit-out works.&middot; Prepare and monitor project reports, progress reports, and documentation.&middot; Conduct site inspections and supervise quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.&middot; Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.&middot; Handle client meetings, report progress, and provide solutions to any challenges or delays.&middot; Ensure that safety protocols and health standards are maintained at all times on-site.Skills:&middot; Strong project management and organizational skills.&middot; Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.&middot; Solid understanding of construction and fit-out processes, materials, and standards.&middot; Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.&middot; Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.&middot; Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.&middot; Problem-solving skills and ability to handle project-related issues and challenges.Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
