We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and competitive sales professional to join our team as a Warehouse Solution Specialist. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for developing new business and growing revenue by selling warehouse and allied equipment solutions throughout North Carolina. You&rsquo;ll work with customers across a variety of industries, helping them design efficient and effective warehouse setups tailored to their needs.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys prospecting, managing projects from start to finish, and building strong customer relationships. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Regional Sales Manager and other G&amp;W departments to deliver complete warehouse solutions and drive growth in your territory.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you&rsquo;ll be doing</h4><ul><li>
Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory</li><li>
Sell a variety of non-serialized warehouse products such as pallet rack systems, shelving, modular offices, mezzanines, conveyors, dock equipment, carts, and bins</li><li>
Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions</li><li>
Partner with internal teams across sales, service, and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience</li><li>
Analyze your territory and identify opportunities to expand G&amp;W&rsquo;s market share</li><li>
Develop customized business plans and proposals for key accounts</li><li>
Work closely with your Regional Sales Manager on territory planning, forecasting, and account strategy</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you bring</h4><ul><li>
Proven sales and customer relationship skills</li><li>
At least 3 years of outside sales experience, ideally in material handling, construction, or a related industry</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation abilities</li><li>
Understanding of basic financial concepts and margins</li><li>
Persistence and confidence in overcoming objections and closing business</li><li>
Comfortable prospecting by phone and email to generate new opportunities</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high sense of urgency</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
