&lt;Job Overview&gt; We&rsquo;re seeking a motivated individual who has Towing Dispatch and Tow Truck Driving experience.Join our team as a Tow Truck Dispatcher / Tow Truck Driver on the Night shift, where your expertise will keep our fleet moving smoothly and efficiently! This vital role combines dispatching responsibilities some nights with hands-on driving other nights.If you have experience in Towing management, Towing dispatching, Tow Truck experience and operate and communicate at a high level, this is your opportunity.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Coordinate, Dispatch and Run Law Enforcement towing calls using two way radios, GPS tracking and DATOW softwhere and to ensure timely response to roadside incidents.</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and team members via multi-line phone systems and radio communication</li><li>Manage dispatch operations by entering data accurately into systems such as DATOW.</li><li>Monitor fleet status using GPS and DATOW tow management software to optimize routes and resource allocation during night shifts.</li><li>Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service while handling inquiries or emergency calls related to tow services</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;Join us if you&rsquo;re ready to bring energy, precision, and dedication to a role that keeps our operations moving seamlessly through the night!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Tow Truck Driving: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Tow Truck Dispatch: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
