We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Fresher to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and human resources.<ul><li>Assist in identifying potential candidates through various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.)</li><li>Screen resumes and applications to match job requirements.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Communicate with candidates about interview details, results, and next steps.</li><li>Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Tech in Civil Engineering</li><li>MBA in Human Resources or a related specialization</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li></ul>Preferences:<ul><li>Immediate Joiners Only</li><li>Male Candidates Preferred (due to role requirements)</li><li>Candidates from Jaipur or nearby locations only</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
