Join our dynamic marketing team and take ownership of our Google Ads performance and website search engine optimization (SEO) strategy.This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities.The Opportunity: Drive Our Search SuccessThe PPC &amp; SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on Google Ads, while simultaneously executing on-page and technical SEO strategies to increase our organic search visibility and website traffic.Core ResponsibilitiesPay-Per-Click (PPC) Management (Primary Focus)&#9679; Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution: Create, manage, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume.&#9679; Budget Management: Monitor daily and monthly budgets, pacing and forecast spend, and ensure budget efficiency across all PPC channels.&#9679; Keyword &amp; Copy: Conduct extensive keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and utilize A/B testing to continuously improve click-through rates (CTR) and Quality Scores.&#9679; Reporting: Track, report, and analyze PPC performance data, providing actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy&#9679; Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits and work with development teams to ensure all SEO best practices are implemented, focusing on site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexing.&#9679; On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and landing pages based on keyword research and search engine best practices.&#9679; Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the content team to identify new organic content opportunities and ensure new and existing content is fully optimized for target keywords.&#9679; Link Building: Assist in developing and executing an effective link building strategy to improve domain authority.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&#9679; Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns is required.&#9679; Technical Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).&#9679; SEO Knowledge: Proven experience or strong understanding of core SEO concepts, including technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and reporting.&#9679; Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, and skilled in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to model, interpret, and present results.&#9679; Certification (Preferred): Google Ads Search Certification or other relevant Google/digital marketing certifications are a plus.&#9679; Work Style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.How to apply:Please send your resume (CV) to the provided email: Email: bakery@pindibonbon.comBest Regards, Gaanzi EnterpriseJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 20/10/2025
