What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li>
Provide second-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues</li><li>
Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing equipment</li><li>
Image and deploy machines using SCCM/Symantec Ghost</li><li>
Support specialized engineering software (AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, Solidworks, etc.)</li><li>
Set up new equipment, network print queues, and user workstations</li><li>
Troubleshoot and patch corporate software applications</li><li>
Track and resolve issues through our ticketing system</li><li>
Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors and other IT teams</li></ul><p><b>
What We're Looking For</b></p><ul><li>
3+ years of IT/computer support experience &mdash; or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (new grads welcome to apply!)</li><li>
Familiarity with Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Active Directory</li><li>
Helpdesk/ticketing system experience a plus</li><li>
Strong communication skills &mdash; comfortable supporting all levels of end users, including executives</li><li>

Position Summary</b></h2><p>
We are seeking an entry-level <b>PLM Librarian</b> to support engineering data and product libraries within the <b>Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (ENOVIA)</b> platform. This role is responsible for maintaining product data, CAD templates, documentation, metadata, revisions, and lifecycle information while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Maintain engineering libraries, CAD templates, and product documentation.</li><li>
Organize and classify data using company standards.</li><li>
Manage revisions, lifecycle status, and configuration data.</li><li>
Support Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO).</li><li>
Assist with EBOM/MBOM and variant management.</li><li>
Work with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure high-quality PLM data.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Associate's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Library Science, or related field preferred.</li><li>
0&ndash;2 years of experience in PLM, engineering data, library management, or manufacturing.</li><li>
Familiarity with <b>3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA</b>, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, or similar CAD/PLM systems is a plus.</li><li>

Candidate is highly experienced performing the following pipefitting activities independently with minimal supervision in a machine tool and industrial automation environment:</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Pipefitter Skills &amp; Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Read and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematic drawings</li><li>
Read mechanical assembly drawings and bills of material (BOMs)</li><li>
Build, thread, and install pipe headers</li><li>
Install service stands, lockout valves, and related piping components</li><li>
Pipe robotic systems and sealer equipment</li><li>
Prepare and assemble valve packs and manifolds</li><li>
Route, install, and dress hoses and tubing to customer specifications</li><li>
Drill, tap, and ream holes as required for installation</li><li>
