<div>The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our Accouting and Operations teams. Operations includes Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Quality. This role plays a critical part in fostering engagement, performance, and leadership capability across these functions. The HRBP provides both strategic and hands-on HR support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
This position is primarily based at our corporate headquarters, with travel to our Claremont, NC every 6&ndash;8 weeks.

What You Do<ul><li>
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and succession planning. Provide guidance on employee relations, policy compliance, and organizational best practices.</li><li>
Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring top talent selection and smooth integration during the first 90 days.</li><li>
Performance &amp; Talent Management: Support leaders in goal setting, feedback, and development planning to build a high-performing culture and strong internal pipeline.</li><li>
Employee Engagement &amp; Relations: Foster a positive workplace by leading investigations, promoting recognition initiatives, and strengthening communication between employees and leadership.</li><li>
Compliance &amp; Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies while recommending updates to improve fairness, clarity, and effectiveness.</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; professional certifications a plus.</li><li>
Three or more years of progressive HR experience required; experience in distribution, manufacturing, retail, or corporate settings preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS system experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Professional demeanor and positive attitude required.</li><li>
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li><li>
Ability to travel up to 25% with some overnight travel.</li></ul></div>
