This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate software development projects from planning through deployment and support</li><li>Act as a liaison between developers, designers, QA teams, and clients</li><li>Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Maintain project documentation, including requirements, workflows, and status reports</li><li>Assist in gathering and clarifying technical and business requirements</li><li>Monitor system performance and coordinate updates, bug fixes, and enhancements</li><li>Support testing activities and ensure issues are logged and resolved efficiently</li><li>Organize meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and best practices</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in software coordination, project support, or a similar role</li><li>Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments</li><li>Basic technical knowledge of programming or databases</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities</li></ul>Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
