The role requires strong follow-up, cross-functional coordination (CRM, Legal, Finance, Projects, Purchase) and the ability to manage confidential information while ensuring smooth execution of strategic and operational priorities.Key Responsibilities1. Executive &amp; Administrative SupportManage the Director&rsquo;s calendar, meetings, site visits and travel arrangementsAct as a single point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholdersDraft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, and documentsPrepare agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items for closureMaintain confidential records, approvals, and documents related to projects and customers2. Real Estate Project CoordinationCoordinate with CRM, Purchase, Projects, Legal, Finance and Site Teams for updates on project statusTrack possession schedules, handovers, customer escalations, and approvalsFollow up on payment statuses, legal documentation, registrations, and possession formalitiesAssist in resolving customer issues and escalations under the Director&rsquo;s guidance3. Management Reporting &amp; MISPrepare MIS reports related to sales, collections, construction progress, possession, and customer grievancesConsolidate data from multiple departments and present summaries to the DirectorMonitor timelines, commitments, and deliverables across projects4. Communication &amp; Follow-upScreen and prioritize calls, emails and messages for the DirectorEnsure timely responses and follow-ups on instructions given by the DirectorCoordinate internal meetings, review meetings, and site review discussions5. Compliance &amp; ConfidentialityHandle sensitive customer, legal, and financial information with strict confidentialityEnsure adherence to internal processes, approvals, and real estate compliance requirementsMaintain proper documentation for audits, legal references, and management review6. Travel, Meetings &amp; EventsPlan and coordinate site visits, customer meetings, and government office visitsOrganize internal meetings, board meetings, and project review meetingsKey Skills &amp; CompetenciesStrong team coordination and follow-up skillsExcellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environmentHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalismProblem-solving and decision-support capabilityTechnical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with ERP systems</li><li>Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations</li><li>Educational Qualification</li><li>Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline</li><li>Certification in Office Management / Business Administration is an added advantage</li></ul>Preferred Profile<ul><li>Prior experience supporting a Director / Managing Director / Senior Management</li><li>Familiarity with RERA processes, possession workflows, and customer management</li></ul>RegardsSaurav Dey Sr. Manager- HR &amp; Admin M: 9970195545Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
