Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance/Grounds person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a variety of technical skills, including electrical experience and mechanical knowledge. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a safe and functional environment for all employees.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical components.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.</li><li>Strong ability to read schematics and technical manuals.</li><li>A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
