 Position: Regional Maintenance Technician (with Contractor's License)

 What You Will Do:
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform maintenance and repairs at various properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete work orders promptly and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct preventative maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the turnover process for vacant units, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of pools, common areas, and grounds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with residents to address maintenance requests and provide updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with property management to coordinate and prioritize repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with maintenance teams/vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other assigned tasks.

 What You Will Bring:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must currently live near Tulsa, OK, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Contractor's license required
 
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in a related maintenance role
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides top-notch customer service to residents and teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Works effectively in a very fast-paced environment and meets company goals and deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting appliances, pool, heating/air, basic carpentry, and painting
 </li>
 <li>
 Routine property inspections
 </li>
 <li>
 Time management and multi-tasking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Available for on-call duty
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management
 </li>
 <li>
 English fluency
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Occasional resident events or emergencies will necessitate working outside of regular business hours. There may be times when you are called upon based on rare necessities.
