About This Role:
We&rsquo;re looking for a full-time Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team reporting to the Manager of Solutions Consulting . This role is a remote role based in The United States.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving technical sales success and helping organizations realize the value of Customer Success by designing and delivering tailored solutions on the Gainsight platform. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to understand complex customer challenges, lead technical discovery, and create compelling multi-product demonstrations and solution architectures that align with business outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in solution architecture, technical discovery and storytelling, and delivering impactful product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to identify customer business challenges and map organizational needs to the capabilities of Gainsight&rsquo;s industry-leading platform.
</li><li>Lead complex discovery engagements to understand technical, operational, and strategic requirements and translate them into compelling solution demonstrations and technical architectures.
</li><li>Independently design and deliver multi-product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution narratives that showcase Gainsight&rsquo;s value to technical and executive stakeholders.
</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by articulating the value of Customer Success and the Gainsight platform through presentations, workshops, and executive-level discussions.
</li><li>Create solution presentation storyboards and configure solution environments that support value-based selling and align with customer business outcomes.
</li><li>Assist in the creation of technical account configuration documentation, solution designs, and technical statements of work.
</li><li>Respond to technical questions received through RFPs and RFIs in an accurate and timely fashion.
</li><li>Contribute to team best practices, playbooks, onboarding materials, and ongoing enablement initiatives.
</li><li>Participate in Solution Consulting and Product Management meetings to stay current on product capabilities and roadmap updates while helping translate these into customer-facing narratives.
</li><li>Meet or exceed quarterly management objectives and revenue targets.
</li></ul>This role may require occasional travel (up to 50%) for team meetings, prospect meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>5-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading complex technical sales engagements and delivering compelling solution demonstrations.
</li><li>Proven ability to independently execute multi-product demonstrations and complex solution configurations.
</li><li>Excellent client-facing skills with experience presenting to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
</li><li>Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a high-performance team environment.
</li><li>Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
</li><li>Highly motivated with strong planning, ownership, and self-development capabilities. 
 
</li></ul>Nice-to-have skills or experience:
<ul><li>Knowledge of Salesforce or Gainsight architecture and data model, including integration methods such as REST APIs and ETL tools.
</li><li>Knowledge of relational database concepts including experience with technologies such as MongoDB or RedShift, including SQL expertise.
</li><li>Experience with web application and scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
</li><li>Experience contributing to sales playbooks, demo best practices, or internal enablement programs.

This role is also eligible for commission based on performance and participation in Gainsight&rsquo;s equity program. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.

We&rsquo;re looking for a full-timeCustomer Account Manager to join our Sales team reporting to the Director. This role is a remote role based in The United States.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll drive revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales cycle and building a strong pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. What You'll Do:
Follow and manage the Gainsight Sales Process
<ul><li>Achieve sales quota for assigned territory and/or accounts
</li><li>Maintain appropriate proactive sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management
</li><li>Execute a thorough discovery process understanding customer requirements
</li><li>Articulate value messaging related to driving customer outcomes
</li><li>Manage complex, multithreaded sales cycles across all stakeholders
</li><li>Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers as necessary
</li><li>Conduct online or onsite product demonstrations to qualified prospects as necessary
</li><li>Collaborate with Gainsights Customer Success department to drive renewals
</li><li>Respond to RFPs for qualified business opportunities where Gainsight is a fit
</li><li>Work with Gainsight&rsquo;s Professional Services organization to evaluate training and consulting needs to support implementations
</li><li>Develop and maintain industry and competitive product and market knowledge
</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the Gainsight product and services offered
</li><li>Gain an understanding of Gainsight&rsquo;s use in the industry, as well as best practices
</li><li>Be a subject matter expert for your designated industries and territory 
 
</li></ul>Sales Administration
<ul><li>Work with Customer Success to define and support prospecting efforts within assigned territory
</li><li>Enter new leads, contact data, log calls and other sales information into SFDC for prospects, partners and customers
</li><li>Prepare formal proposals, produce price quotes, work with management on contract negotiations, and coordinate the gathering of all necessary paperwork to process orders
</li><li>Investigate and resolve customer problems with releases, payments, product use or implementation (as required)
</li><li>Provide feedback (customer/prospect needs, industry trends, market perceptions, competitive intelligence, etc.) to company management, Marketing and Product Management teams
</li><li>Conduct online webinars as a means of generating qualified leads
</li><li>Plan, promote and conduct round table events in key locations within your territory
</li><li>Travel to and attend customer and prospect meetings, trade shows, conferences and round tables; 25-30% travel per year

What We're Looking For:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
</li><li>Minimum of five years experience selling Enterprise Solutions (SaaS and services) into Fortune 1000 companies
</li><li>Comfort and expertise calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts, six figure deal sizes and 6-12 month sales cycles
</li><li>Proven track record of identifying business issues and creating value while managing multiple stakeholders and decision makers in a complex sales cycle
</li><li>Demonstrated history of quota achievement/overachievement
</li><li>Someone who is highly competitive, entrepreneurial and self-driven
</li><li>Experience in the Customer Success and Product Experience fields working with key decision makers such as Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Customer Officers, leaders in Customer Success and Product Management and Marketing strategizing to drive for mutual success.
