Roles and Responsibilities</b></p><p>
Test your knowledge and expertise in vital ways as you assist in developing innovative, purpose-built technologies.</p><ul><li>
Participate in testing for software product development or support projects to measure the quality of functional (business) system components and the ability to meet business specifications</li><li>
Bring your skills to test planning, scheduling and managing test resources</li><li>
Lead formal test execution phases for larger projects</li><li>
Apply basic knowledge of the industry, functional software product/suites and regulatory issues as you conduct functional testing, diagnose system issues and write integration and system test scripts; configure test questionnaires and other test materials</li><li>
Keep track of the details as you maintain defect reports and updates after regression testing</li></ul></div></div><p></p>

You will manage supplier relationships, optimize procurement processes, and drive efficiency in sourcing and contract management. Key responsibilities include:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Managing procurement processes, including <b>purchase orders, vendor selection, and cost negotiations.</b></li><li>
Maintaining supplier databases and monitoring vendor performance to ensure compliance and service quality.</li><li>
Handling e<b>nd-to-end SAP Fieldglass operations</b>, including onboarding/offboarding, approvals, deliverables, and invoice tracking.</li><li>
Working across multiple Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Services, Worker Profile) and supporting the contract lifecycle.</li><li>
Collaborating with sourcing, project, and category teams on work order creation and execution.</li><li>

What we're looking for</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum of <b>3 years&rsquo; experience in procurement, sourcing, and SAP Fieldglass (knowledge of India/U.S. agreements required).</b></li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Detail-oriented, organized, and outcome-focused professional with strong follow-through skills.</li><li>
