The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of expertise in training and development, with a strong background in designing and delivering soft skills training programsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address these gaps.</li><li>Content Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.</li><li>Design and Delivery: Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees, focusing on areas such as communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, and customer service.</li><li>Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.</li><li>Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their ongoing development.</li><li>Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers, HR team, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</li><li>Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 2-3 years of experience in soft skills training and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.</li><li>Expertise: Expertise in designing and delivering soft skills training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.</li><li>Certifications: Certification in soft skills training (e.g., Dale Carnegie, TTT, or equivalent- preferable).</li></ul>Work mode: In-personLocation: Avanashi,Thekkalur / Coimbatore/ Salem/ Erode.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
