<div><p>Key Job Responsibilities
</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Infor ERP implementation projects for the heavy equipment business.
</li><li>Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
</li><li>Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution frameworks.
</li><li>Ensure process mapping, business requirements documentation, gap analysis, and configuration decisions are properly conducted and validated.
</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders from departments such as sales, service, parts, inventory, logistics, and finance to understand functional needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
</li><li>Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and contractual obligations.
</li><li>Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
</li><li>Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and steering committee meetings.
</li><li>Ensure post-go-live support and stabilization of ERP systems and continuous process improvement.
</li></ul>Education Qualification, Work Experience &amp; Skills<br>

Education &amp; Work Experience:
<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3&ndash;5 years in the heavy equipment or B2B industrial sector.
</li><li>Hands-on experience in implementing Infor ERP (e.g., Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite Equipment) or similar ERP platforms.
</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes in equipment distribution, service, maintenance, rental management, and aftermarket parts.
</li><li>Proven experience in managing third-party vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.
</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
</li><li>Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
</li><li>Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and legacy system transitions.<br>

<ul><li>Experience in digital transformation projects in the equipment sector.
</li><li>Knowledge of IoT, telematics, asset tracking, or integration with field service systems.
