To provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales documentation, overseeing deliveries and collections, and maintaining accurate records. The Sales Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day sales operations through effective communication with branches, customers, and internal departments while assisting in reporting, scheduling, and logistics. The role contributes to improved customer satisfaction, timely collections, and seamless workflow within the sales department.<br>

<b>Key Job Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li>Invoicing, arranging deliveries, stock arrangements &amp; coordination with the sales team.
</li><li>Follow-up for collections of account receivables.
</li><li>Interaction and coordination with the branches.
</li><li>Coordinating and preparing various reports in respect to sales and administrative matters.
</li><li>Maintaining all relevant customer related data in the system concerning Admin &amp; Finance.
</li><li>Schedules and organizes calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements, travel plans and department activities.
</li><li>Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies.

</li><li>Booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs &amp; scheduling meetings, etc.
</li><li>Logistics &amp; arrangement of meetings for visitors.

</li><li>Coordinate and support special events.
</li><li>Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures.

<b>Education Qualification, Work Experience &amp; Skills
</b></p><ul><li>Graduate preferably in business management.
</li><li>2-3 years of experience in administration role, Automotive industry experience would be an added advantage. Plus proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
</li><li>Excellent communication skills.
</li><li>Proactive, hardworking, goal orientated and motivated approach.
</li><li>Fluency in English communication
</li><li>Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment.
</li><li>Excellent business relationship management skills.

Sales Coordinator

<div><p><b>Job Purpose:
</b></p><p>The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving Omoda &amp; Jaecoo sales performance at the branch by achieving budgeted sales and CSI targets, leading the sales team, and ensuring smooth showroom operations. The role oversees sales processes, customer follow-up, product knowledge development, competitor monitoring, and display standards while maintaining accurate reporting and strong team discipline. The position ensures consistent implementation of Mazda sales procedures and supports management through timely updates, forecasts, and branch administrative coordination.<br>

<b>Key Job Responsibilities<br>

<ul><li>Achieve or exceed the budgeted sales and CSI targets for the Omoda &amp; Jaecoo franchise at the branch while ensuring the smooth functioning of showroom operations.
</li><li>Analysis, correction and improvement measures for achieving the sales targets of the branch.
</li><li>Defining responsibilities and sales targets for the Sales Team in the branch.
</li><li>Daily review of performance of sales staff and guiding / counselling and helping them in achieving their sales targets.
</li><li>Undertake periodic and timely performance evaluation of sales staff.
</li><li>Ensuring that proper processes and procedures are followed by the sales team with regards to complete documentation for sales registration, in-house financing, trade-in cars and test drives.
</li><li>Ensuring that sales team prospects new leads and follows-up leads for increasing the sales.
</li><li>Ensuring that sales teams build and maintains comprehensive data base of customers profile and prospects.
</li><li>Ensuring that sales team has all the relevant product knowledge for the vehicles and they attend periodic training, visits to Auto Fairs and Exhibitions to update their knowledge and skills.
</li><li>To propose activities aimed at enhancing and strengthening brand image and to suggest, obtain management approval and implement schemes for increasing sales in the locations being covered in the branch jurisdiction.
</li><li>Keeping track and appraising the management of the competitors' product / pricing / marketing and promotional activities.
</li><li>Personnel management of employees working in the branch in terms of their attendance and punctuality, discipline, welfare.
</li><li>To ensure timely resolution of employee grievances and problems by taking up the issues with concerned persons in Support Function for increasing employee satisfaction.
</li><li>All display vehicles are clearly labelled showing specifications, price and monthly payment
</li><li>Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and project sales figures / sales forecast.
</li><li>Branch day to day administration.

<b>Education Qualification, Work Experience &amp; Skills
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Automotive Management.
</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in a supervisory/branch leadership role.
</li><li>Proven ability to achieve sales and CSI targets and manage showroom operations.
</li><li>Strong leadership, team management, and performance evaluation skills.
</li><li>Good understanding of sales processes, documentation, financing, trade-ins, and test drives.
</li><li>Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and competitor analysis.
</li><li>Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with DMS/CRM systems.
</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul></div>

Branch Sales Manager

The Assistant Parts manager will be responsible for to maintain relationship with retail customers, dealers and other channel customers for promoting and selling parts, lubricants in the assigned territory/ branch; expand customer-base, follow up for timely payment collections and provide market feedback and suggestions to improve market share and achieve targets. Oversee a team of sales / support staff involved in branch operation<br>
</p><p><br>
<b>Key Accountabilities
</b></p><ul><li>To ensure Sales and profit target for Mazda parts , Veedol lubricant is achieved and further scope of growth is explored
</li><li>To improve the work efficiency &amp; effectiveness of the Sales and support team &amp; to ensure consistently improved service levels provided to our Customer &amp; monitor Customer perception about GAL/MAZDA / VEEDOL
</li><li>Organize, Lead &amp; Inspire the Parts sales team to maximize the individual contribution and personal development.
</li><li>Daily review with the Sales team on performance till date, forecasting &amp; corrective action plan.
</li><li>Help the team by joint Sales calls to generate sales with Key accounts.
</li><li>Managing the sales force- effective direction, feedback , control &amp; motivation (sales force effectiveness).
</li><li>Developing strong customer base and look out for new markets to create new opportunity in improving the business volumes. Add at least 5 new customers per month in the data base.
 </li><li>Review/ increase the credit limits for all channel customers to meet the business objective.
</li><li>To ensure effective utilization of resources available with a continuous focus on saving on cost.
</li><li>To continuously monitor &amp; improve customer base for parts business in the assigned branch.
</li><li>Develop a strong and long-term business relationship with key territory accounts by evaluating and understanding the customer's business and correlating it with the market
</li><li>Close interaction with service department in meeting the business objectives and for enhancing internal &amp; external customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Working closely with Inventory team for order suggestion, order placement, logistic control and stock updating (all import &amp; local procurement product lines).
 </li><li>Strictly implementing the credit policy apart from achieving budgeted sales and debtor&rsquo;s collection for optimal results and responsible for profitability from the territory.
</li><li>Handle customer complaints and ensure each customer receives outstanding service.
</li><li>Assist in developing various sales and operational reports for parts department.
</li><li>Liaising with inventory management team in liquidating the Dead and slow moving parts to various customers channels in the data base.
</li><li>Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales / business development activity report and presenting to NPM.
</li><li><p>Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
</p><div><b>Knowledge Skills and Experience:
</b><br>

<ul><li>Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Automobile. Post graduate in Business management would be an added advantage.
</li><li>8- 10 years&rsquo; experience in Spare Parts department out of which 3 years in managerial position.
</li><li>Ability to plan, organize and manage the parts operations cycles, maintaining a speedy and efficient supply cycle monitor and minimize the inventory.
</li><li>Pleasing personality &amp; Customer friendly approach
</li><li>Good communication, Negotiations and Persuasion skills
</li><li>Sound business and commercial acumen.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
