We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Project Scheduler to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a meticulous planner who excels at coordinating complex projects and ensuring their timely completion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing project timelines, resources, and communication with stakeholders, playing a vital role in our continued success. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules from initiation through to completion.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and objectives.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.</li><li>Prepare and distribute regular status reports and performance dashboards for management and key stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure that project resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.</li><li>Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.</li><li>Utilise project management software effectively to track tasks, milestones, and dependencies.</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>Proven professional experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Coordinator, or in a similar project management role.</li><li>Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).</li><li>Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clear and concise reporting.</li><li>A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to accuracy.</li><li>The ability to work independently and maintain high levels of productivity in a remote environment.</li><li>Experience within the solar or renewable energy industry is highly advantageous but not essential.</li><li>A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be a plus.</li></ul> What We Offer  <ul><li>A competitive hourly rate of $20 - $32 USD.</li><li>A fully remote working arrangement, offering flexibility and an excellent work-life balance.</li><li>The opportunity to be a key part of an innovative and forward-thinking company in the sustainable energy sector.</li><li>A collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team environment.</li></ul>
