Job Description for HR Admin ExecutiveRole and Responsibilities: -<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.</li><li>Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.</li><li>Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.</li><li>Assist with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.</li><li>Support in drafting HR letters, notices, and documentation for audits and statutory filings.</li><li>Act as a liaison between employees and management to effectively address queries, grievances, and suggestions.</li><li>Candidates from Automobile industry will be given high priority.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Masters in a related field.</li><li>3 to 5 year of experience in Automotive industry in HR administration.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of AI and advanced tools will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Salary Offer: Rs. 2,40,000 /- onwards depending upon knowledge and Experience.Benefits: Monthly salary incrementation from the starting month based on performanceOffice Timing / Days: 9.00 am to 6.30 pm from Monday to SaturdayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
