Galaxy Lifts is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is critical to developing our brand awareness, executing online and offline marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement. The results-oriented, high visibility role reports to the President, is a key member of our team, and collaborates closely with other departments to achieve superior customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:<ul><li>
Lead development of our marketing plans encompassing brand positioning, performance marketing, and customer experience.</li><li>
Oversee and execute performance marketing activities across all digital channels, in collaboration with marketing providers (internal and external), to generate qualified lead opportunities.</li><li>
Manage website development and creation of new digital content, including social media, email campaigns and video, to increase awareness and engagement.</li><li>
Assist in development of customer and marketing analytics to drive decision-making on strategy and marketing spend.</li><li>
Support our sales team and partners with data and marketing materials.</li><li>
Align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives.</li><li>
Perform campaign specific product, industry photo and video capturing as well as editing as needed.</li><li>
Implementation and support of company branding efforts.</li></ul>
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:<ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive marketing roles, preferably in a higher growth, well-managed company.</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot specifically) a plus.</li><li>
Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning marketing, creative and other stakeholders, to drive the successful completion of projects.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on marketing data and insights.</li><li>
Excellent written (copywriting and proofreading) and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.</li><li>
Able to commute to Mabank, Texas.</li><li>
