Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Lead, motivate, and develop the Prescription Medicine field force team to ensure achievement of territory objectives, KPIs, and business targets.</li><li>
Drive effective scientific engagement with dermatologists, hospitals, key accounts, and healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness, medical knowledge, and patient support.</li><li>
Ensure successful execution of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and field force excellence initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.</li><li>
Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with HCPs, KOLs, hospitals, and strategic stakeholders to strengthen Galderma&rsquo;s scientific positioning and business growth.</li><li>
Develop territory plans, optimize field force structure, and periodically assess coverage effectiveness to maximize productivity and customer reach.</li><li>
Coach and support Medical Representatives through regular field visits, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance scientific communication and execution capabilities.</li><li>
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and implement relevant action plans.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to align on business priorities, educational initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.</li><li>
Support the development and implementation of HCP educational programs, scientific meetings, and training initiatives to expand engagement and strengthen customer relationships.</li><li>
Guide the team in effectively communicating the Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) and ensure consistent execution of cross-portfolio opportunities in the field.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify synergistic opportunities across the Galderma portfolio and maximize business impact.</li><li>
Ensure accurate reporting, KPI monitoring, territory performance analysis, and implementation of corrective actions where required.</li><li>
Maintain full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, legal requirements, and local healthcare regulations in all business activities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What We're Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>
 University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any equivalent degree</li><li>
Language: fluent in English especially Business English (written and spoken/presentations etc.), Arabic language fluency is mandatory</li><li>
 Experience in Dermatology field</li><li>
Pharmacy/Healthcare background with 3-5 years sales management experience at least.</li><li>

Conduct product detailing, presentations, and educational sessions for pharmacists and pharmacy staff to effectively communicate product benefits, marketing messages, and campaign objectives.</div></li><li><div>
Organize and support pharmacy-focused meetings, activation programs, and promotional events in alignment with business objectives.</div></li><li><div>
Educate pharmacists on Galderma&rsquo;s Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) by promoting complete skincare and treatment solutions that improve consumer outcomes and maximize cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.</div></li><li><div>
Optimize utilization of company resources, including time, samples, and promotional investments, in alignment with territory priorities and manager direction.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor territory sales performance and market trends, while developing and implementing action plans to achieve assigned targets.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and submit accurate business reports, including daily activities, weekly plans, monthly updates, and territory performance analyses.</div></li><li><div>
