 Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Reviews RFP and RFQ&rsquo;s and crafts responses that meet requirements for proposals and qualification submissions.</li>
<li>Assist Senior Marketing Specialist in creating and updating collateral materials including resumes, firm and service profiles, project lists, project summaries, and specific company information in InDesign.</li>
<li>Build parameters for InDesign master templates for RFP/RFQ design development consistent with brand standards.</li>
<li>Assigns Proposal Numbers in Deltek Vantagepoint and updates proposal information throughout the proposal/selection process.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Completes printing, binding, scanning and delivery of RFP/RPQs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Adds, updates, and maintains Deltek Vantagepoint database of contacts and information, including new contacts, daily clean up, and run reports, etc.</li>
<li>Assists in the development of PowerPoint presentation for project interviews and client meetings.</li>
<li>Understand and handle general business practices to include coordinating purchases of office supplies and services.</li>
<li>Assist with general administrative needs of the regional office. May include typing, filing, etc.</li>
<li>Phone coverage including answering/transferring calls/taking messages.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Job Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a focus in Marketing, Graphic Design, and Communications 
</li>
</ul><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a professional services firm, preferably engineering or architecture.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Creative, self-motivated, proactive, well organized, and ability to multitask.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.</li>
<li>Excellent writing and communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong graphic design skills.</li>
<li>Highly Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Involvement in the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) a plus.</li>
</ul>

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000
