<div>Gale Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time, up to 20 hours per week, remote, Contract Attorney. Position Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review, draft, and revise general business contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and purchase order vendor terms.</li>
<li>Identify potential legal and insurance risks, and compliance issues.</li>
<li>Consult and advise internal stakeholders on contract terms and negotiation strategies. May assist with client contract negotiations.</li>
<li>Maintain contract templates and ensure consistency with corporate policies and applicable laws.</li>
<li>Provide clear, practical legal guidance on a wide range of commercial matters.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in contract review, commercial transactions, and corporate law.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of standard contract language including business and insurance terms for professional service firms.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Responsive, and able to respond to contract reviews in 48 hours.</li>
<li>Experience working independently and remotely.</li></ul> 


This is a contract labor position and is not benefits eligible.
