Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Education Manager assists with the negotiation and arrangement of clinical experiences for all students enrolled in prelicensure nursing programs. In addition, this position provides oversight of the clinical experience to effectively integrate standardized clinical learning activities and student evaluation.
Position Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate and supervise the operation of clinical experiences to provide clinical learning experiences according to established learning outcomes.</li><li>
Assists faculty and staff with preparation for clinical experiences including required clinical compliance documentation for students and faculty as well as facility-specific orientation requirements according to facility deadlines.</li><li>
May serve as faculty substitute in the facilitation of clinical experiences as needed.</li><li>
Assists with standardized clinical faculty and staff orientation and development in collaboration with campus and college leadership.</li><li>
Establishes and maintains relationship with representatives of clinical agencies to maintain a variety of clinical sites appropriate for student learning outcomes.</li><li>
Oversees and assists with hiring, performance appraisal, and mentoring of clinical faculty and staff under the direction of campus leadership.</li><li>
Assists with negotiating and arranging clinical experiences in alignment with the established clinical site selection criteria.</li><li>
Identifies agencies for clinical experience that are appropriate to support course student learning outcomes and collaborates with campus leadership to establish clinical learning opportunities.</li><li>
Oversees clinical site development and clinical scheduling to enhance nursing student experiences.</li><li>
Oversees the implementation of clinical experience surveys in collaboration with College and Campus clinical learning leadership for continuous quality monitoring and improvement.</li><li>
Performs walkthrough surveys of clinical sites and experiences and reports findings to college and campus leadership.</li><li>
Makes recommendations for curriculum and clinical learning activity changes to the curriculum council and the Director of Clinical Learning based on research and identified needs identified when performing oversight in the clinical learning environment.</li><li>
Communicates and integrates college-wide policy and process changes regarding clinical learning standardization and implementation.</li><li>
Attends Student Advisory Committee meetings and reports feedback to college and campus leadership for the purpose of continuous quality monitoring and improvement.</li><li>
Assists with the resolution of student and/or faculty concerns regarding clinical experiences in collaboration with college and campus leadership according to established policy and processes.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Position Requirements<ul><li>
Education: Minimum qualification of an MSN, or a BSN with at least two (2) years&rsquo; experience in clinical education, with nursing background and knowledge that includes an understanding of the educational objectives and experiences of student nurses, an understanding of the clinical practice of nursing, knowledge of the diverse organizational environments in which nurses practice, and knowledge of the types of clinical sites needed to meet course content and objectives.</li><li>
Unencumbered Licensure: Applicable state as a Registered Nurse.</li><li>
Special Qualifications: At least two (2) years of recent clinical experience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interpret learning experience needs of students and match them to the capabilities of clinical placement agencies, excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to be creative and innovative, and proficient computer skills in order to collect and analyze data. Must agree to obtain CNEcl certification within one (1) year of acceptance of position.</li><li>

Position Overview:
As a Academic Clinical Support Liaison at Galen College of Nursing, you will provide ongoing administrative support of clinical education for students and clinical sites in collaboration with the Dean, Program Director, Director of Clinical Education, and/or Clinical Coordinator, as well as faculty to ensure quality and continuity in the achievement of program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintain confidential information.</li><li>
Maintain and update clinical agency contracts and clinical partner information.</li><li>
Track requests for clinical rotations with clinical affiliates.</li><li>
Provide ongoing administrative support to the Director of Clinical Education, Dean, or designee in relation to clinical affiliates.</li><li>
Collect required clinical documents and maintain student clinical files.</li><li>

Schedule background checks for clinical requirements, as needed.</li><li>
Assist with coordination of clinical experiences which meet educational requirements for students in all nursing courses and program options.</li><li>

Maintain an electronic database for the coordination and assignment of faculty workload as it pertains to clinical consistent with curriculum and human resource requirements.</li><li>
Adhere to and ensure clinical affiliate deadlines are met for required clinical documentation.</li><li>
Visit clinical agency partners as needed to coordinate scheduling and student documentation requirements.</li><li>
Assist with coordination of quarterly career fairs for students/graduates.</li><li>

Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Galen College of Nursing, you will support the continued optimization of Galen&rsquo;s digital marketing experience delivered to student prospects. The Digital Marketing Specialist will continue to stay educated on digital marketing trends, with a heavy focus on inbound marketing tactics to generate student leads. The ideal candidate also possesses demonstrated experience in providing comprehensive event marketing support, including but not limited to coordinating promotional activities, managing logistics, and supporting event partnerships through communication and digital campaign tactics.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Carry out day to day project tasks as part of the development and execution of lead nurturing and marketing automation initiatives (email, SMS, other channels).</li><li>
Collaborate on building and maintaining dynamic campaigns, communication flows, and segmentation strategies that enhance personalization and effectiveness &ndash; based on business needs.</li><li>
Create and optimize email and SMS communications using dynamic content tailored to various prospective student segments.</li><li>
Analyze event &amp; inbound campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities to refine campaign logic and improve user experience.</li><li>
Support the regular digital and event-based marketing needs of the college&rsquo;s partnership managers (recruiters) including but not limited to developing creative briefs, executing Facebook events, and more.</li><li>
Support in the development and maintenance of Google My Business and Apple Maps listings as needed.</li><li>
Assist in the content and asset delivery of advertising and lead generation digital media campaigns in support of Galen&rsquo;s media agency partner.</li><li>
Continue to find ways to evolve and enhance performance marketing reports.</li><li>
Stay current with social/digital media trends and make recommendations as necessary on the direction and new modes of communication.</li><li>

Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred.</li><li>
Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or online marketing role.</li><li>
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot, or expert-level experience with email/SMS marketing platforms such as ConstantContact or MailChimp.</li><li>
Experience with CRM &amp; data management is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with WordPress CMS, WP plugins such as Yoast SEO, and HTML/CSS knowledge a big plus.</li><li>
Experience with integrated marketing initiatives &amp; strategy is a plus.</li><li>

Position Overview:
The Associate Program Director provides oversight and direction to applicants, enrolled students, faculty, and staff. The Associate Program Director will be responsible for the student-focused operational success of the program(s) in conjunction with the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
May be designated as nursing program administrator role for regulatory agencies, state boards of nursing, and programmatic accreditors.</li><li>
Monitors program completion, retention, and student satisfaction data.</li><li>
Collaborates with retention committee, readmission committee, faculty, and support staff to foster student success.</li><li>
Oversee the admissions process of programs through review and selection of new applicants and readmission applicants.</li><li>
Provide administrative discipline and conflict resolution between program employees</li><li>

Ensure students receive adequate faculty coaching and mentoring and assist with referrals to the school counselor.</li><li>
Participate in graduation ceremonies.</li><li>

Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Education: Minimum qualification of a master&rsquo;s degree with a major in nursing is required; doctoral degree preferred. Knowledge that includes an understanding of the educational objectives and experiences of student nurses, an understanding of the clinical practice of nursing, knowledge of the diverse organizational environments in which nurses practice, and knowledge of the types of clinical sites needed to meet course content and objectives.</li><li>
Unencumbered Licensure: Applicable state as a Registered Nurse.</li><li>
1 year of teaching experience in a nursing school setting</li><li>
Special Qualifications: Three (3) years of recent clinical experience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interpret learning experience needs of students and match them to the capabilities of clinical placement agencies, excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to be creative and innovative, and proficient computer skills in order to collect and analyze data. Must be able to work independently and autonomously. Able to recognize a need and address it with minimal direction.</li><li>
