Position Overview:
As a Director of Enrollment Marketing at Galen College of Nursing, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and enrollment goals for Galen&rsquo;s expanding list of 25+ campuses. This pivotal role will drive performance across a multi-million-dollar media budget by optimizing paid marketing channels, supporting pipeline conversion through automated CRM workflows, inbound marketing, and CRO expertise, and partnering cross-functionally with MarComm creative and content teams to deliver measurable student pipeline growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns and driving lead generation and pipeline conversion.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of the integrated paid media strategy across traditional and digital channels to drive recruitment opportunities, while managing budget allocation, spend efficiency, and financial reconciliation&mdash;including invoicing and approvals&mdash;for all campus markets.</li><li>
Manage the relationship with the agency of record, evaluating their recommendations on strategy and tactics against college objectives, budgets and best practices. Review and approve media plans promptly to ensure alignment with institutional goals.</li><li>
Lead pipeline optimization through data-driven initiatives that strengthen lead generation, qualification, nurturing and conversion.</li><li>
Analyze, measure and lead optimization of paid ad landing pages, CRM, and marketing automation email and SMS contact strategies to increase lead responsiveness, promoting timely movement from inquiry to admissions appointment.</li><li>
Facilitate effective cross-functional partnership and collaboration with Marketing to ensure media strategies and creative concepts are cohesive and aligned, supporting on-going data-driven campaign optimizations.</li><li>
Partner with Marketing and Communications in optimization of website UX/UI and content marketing efforts across owned and earned channels, to support discoverability, SEO, and organic traffic lead generation and conversion.</li><li>
Oversee the strategy and analysis for campus events such as open houses and admissions events (averaging 40 per quarter), coordinating with on-campus teams to generate attendance and leads.</li><li>
Partner with Senior Director of Enrollment Marketing in the analysis of performance marketing and admissions pipeline optimization, developing data-driven insights to improve quality lead generation and conversion that supports enrollment.</li><li>
Support the advancement of data collection and the development of existing and new marketing and admissions reports.</li><li>
Manage the workflow with internal IT teams to share accurate marketing and enrollment data with the agency weekly and ensure proper first-party data integration.</li></ul>
Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field.
</li><li>7+ years of demonstrated experience developing and managing an internal team leading national performance marketing strategies.</li><li>
Significant experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar ($10MM+) paid media plans across multiple U.S. markets to achieve marketing and sales KPIs. Experience managing relationships with external agencies and vendors is required.</li><li>
Proven understanding of demand generation and how traditional (TV, radio, print) and digital (search, OTT/CTV, social) channels work together to drive consumer awareness and action.</li><li>
Deep understanding of data and ability to interpret customer pipeline data to objectively identify insights with stakeholders, support decision-making and translate technical requirements into business impacts.</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience working for a higher education institution with multiple campuses is a plus.</li><li>
Proven experience working in CRM and marketing automation platforms to support customer pipeline progression.</li><li>
Expertise in GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.
</li><li>Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and modern media research/planning platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong ability to present strategies to leadership and collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams.</li><li>
Ability to travel to campus locations as needed to work with local leadership on marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in an agile, dynamic environment.</li></ul>

Position Overview:
As a Webmaster at Galen College of Nursing, you will serve as the owner and administrator of Galen&rsquo;s website (galencollege.edu), ensuring it reflects our brand, supports student recruitment, and delivers a seamless experience for prospective students, current students, alumni, and communities across the country. This role is central to maintaining a high-functioning, accessible, and strategically aligned web presence aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage day-to-day operations including content updates, structural improvements, and technical performance maintenance.</li><li>
Design and add new web pages, modify and update existing web pages, maintain current links, and perform other duties related to web development and maintenance.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally to support publishing of website content, optimize pages, and ensure branding consistency.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and user experience principles.</li><li>
Optimize the user experience and improve conversion KPIs utilizing the latest UX/UI principles.</li><li>
Report usage analytics and collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies to improve search engine and discoverability results.</li><li>
Design and update code to monitor traffic and conversions connected to CRM</li><li>
Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical resolutions with IT or third-party developers, as needed.</li><li>
Implement security protocols, manage CMS upgrades, plugins, and integrations.</li><li>
Conduct regular quality assurance audits and maintain editorial accuracy.</li><li>

Position Requirements:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in website management</li><li>
Proficiency with WordPress</li><li>
Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and UX principles.</li><li>
Prefer experience in web development using PHP code base.
</li><li>Understanding of strategic and technical implications of Large Language Models and how to leverage these tools effectively
</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).</li><li>
Understanding of ADA compliance, privacy regulations (FERPA, HIPAA awareness), and web security standards.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.</li><li>
Strong team spirit and positive attitude who is a cultural addition to the team, representing our iCARE values</li></ul>
Position Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>
Experience supporting a performance marketing environment</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua</li><li>
Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite</li></ul>
