The Opportunity</b></div>
<div>We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing and Event Manager - Europe to join our growing team. Based in Warwick and reporting to the European Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll take the lead in planning and delivering impactful events and marketing campaigns across the UK, Nordics, and Benelux.</div><div>
You&rsquo;ll design and deliver stand-out events, from conferences and trade shows to customer engagement experiences, ensuring every detail reflects our brand and drives meaningful connections. Beyond events, you&rsquo;ll also support regional marketing campaigns, communications, and engagement programmes that bring our solutions to life for channel partners, consultants, and end customers.</div><div>
Working closely with our European Sales Team and Head Office Marketing team in New Zealand, you&rsquo;ll play a central role in raising Gallagher&rsquo;s profile, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting business growth across Europe.</div><div>
Your role at a glance:
</div><ul><div>Lead the planning and delivery of high-impact security events across the UK and Europe.</div>
<div>Manage all aspects of event execution: content, comms, logistics, and vendor relationships.</div>
<div>Drive digital campaigns, marketing comms, and brand initiatives across key audiences.</div>
<div>Create engaging collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.</div>
<div>Track performance, measure ROI, and share insights with senior stakeholders.</div>
<div>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and global marketing teams.</div></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
The Fit</b></div><div>
We&rsquo;re looking for a confident and creative marketer with strong event management expertise. You&rsquo;ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.</div><div>
What you&rsquo;ll bring:
</div><ul><div>A degree-level marketing qualification (or equivalent experience).</div>
<div>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience in B2B events and marketing communications.</div>
<div>Proven ability to plan and deliver large-scale events from concept to completion.</div>
<div>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</div>
<div>Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and budgets.</div>
<div>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite or SEO/social media experience a plus.</div></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
