 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced legal professional to support
 
 U.S. commercial real estate
 
 transactions and operations. The role requires strong drafting, review, and organizational skills, with a focus on contracts, litigation tracking, and tenant-related documentation.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft and review purchase &amp; sale agreements, REAs/OEAs, leases, licenses, title and survey matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare letters, notices, waivers, landlord-tenant correspondence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track tenant litigation (bankruptcy, eviction, breach of contract).
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and finalize tenant estoppels, SNDAs, waivers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage legal files, checklists, trackers, and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide responsive support to internal teams and tenants.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 U.S. Attorney or Certified Paralegal; min. 5 years&rsquo; CRE legal experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (JD/Paralegal Certified preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office; legal document management systems preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player, proactive, adaptable; familiarity with Yardi a plus.
