 Responsibilities:

 Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with vital sign measurements and other medical procedures as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents and staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
 
 
 
 </li>
