Galloway Roofing is hiring an experienced <b>Roofing Sales Representative</b> to grow our presence in the Tampa market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands residential roofing, has experience working with insurance-related projects, and knows how to guide homeowners through the restoration process.</p><p>
You will meet with homeowners, inspect roofing systems, explain recommended solutions, and manage each customer relationship from the initial consultation through project completion.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h2><ul><li>
Generate roofing leads through referrals, networking, neighborhood outreach, and local prospecting</li><li>
Meet with homeowners to evaluate their roofing and exterior needs</li><li>
Perform roof inspections and document visible storm or property damage</li><li>
Educate customers on the roofing process and available repair or replacement options</li><li>
Help homeowners understand the insurance claims process without acting as a public adjuster</li><li>
Meet with insurance adjusters when appropriate and provide accurate project documentation</li><li>
Prepare estimates, present proposals, overcome objections, and close sales</li><li>
Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project</li><li>
Coordinate with production, project management, and office teams</li><li>
Keep customer records, project updates, and sales activity current in the company CRM</li><li>
Build strong referral relationships and maintain a positive reputation in the Tampa community</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For</b></h2><ul><li>
Previous roofing, restoration, exterior remodeling, or home-improvement sales experience</li><li>
Experience with insurance-related roofing projects and storm-damage claims</li><li>
Knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, inspections, and estimating</li><li>
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>
Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally</li><li>
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an active sales pipeline</li><li>
Willingness to work in the field and meet homeowners during evenings or weekends when needed</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>
Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting residential roofs</li><li>
