As an Inventory Control Associate at GALLS, you will be responsible for all aspects of Inbound/Outbound functions to ensure that products are received and put away in the warehouse, enabling all received orders to be filled in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO
<ul><li>Perform regularly scheduled cycle counts by location, product number, and description. Count, verify, and sort inventory</li>
<li>Perform random audits on both reserve and active locations</li>
<li>Monitor inventory daily and conduct scheduled audits to ensure accuracy</li>
<li>Troubleshoot daily inventory control issues and reconcile any inventory variances</li>
<li>Make inventory adjustments, transfers, and transactions as needed</li>
<li>Identify product movement and product size to determine the best slotting location in the warehouse to maximize cube utilization</li>
<li>Analyze the warehouse layout, procedures, and systems in place, and recommend changes to maximize slotting efficiency</li>
<li>Review and work Inventory Control KACE Ticket queue Includes: OSP pulls, item audits, product switches, Showroom pulls, and other requests</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly appearance in the work area</li>
<li>Alert management of potential safety problems or violations in the DC</li>
<li>Able to lift 30 lbs.</li>
<li>Operate MHE as required to fulfill department tasks</li>

WHAT YOU BRING
<ul><li>High integrity and professionalism</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of RF Technology</li>
<li>Willingness to be Material Handling Equipment certified and operate equipment</li>
<li>Computer knowledge to include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to learn GALLS&rsquo; internal systems (Mocha and GQ)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to understand and follow detailed written or verbal instructions</li>
<li>Performance history of quality-conscious work, good attendance, and safe work habits</li>
<li>Must be responsible, enthusiastic, trustworthy, and able to multitask and work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime or varied hours per business need</li>
<li>Ability to read and write in English</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to take initiative</li>
