 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to develop a deep understanding of client challenges and diagnose business needs and opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and deliver customized learning solutions that blend Gallup&rsquo;s analytics with clients&rsquo; strategic priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead executive-level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings and coaching that help leaders elevate performance, strengthen culture and achieve measurable business results
 </li>
 <li>
 Master concepts linked to culture transformation, strengths development, employee engagement, performance and management principles, and coaching to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential

 What You Need
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in business, psychology or sociology
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree or Ph.D. is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 15 years of experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate learning and development required
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and advising on leadership, engagement or cultural transformation initiatives required
 </li>
 <li>
 Full fluency in Arabic and English required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel at least 80% of the time required
 </li>
 <li>
 Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification or International Coaching Federation certification preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred

 At least three years of consulting experience required
 </li>

 Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required
 </li>
 <li>
 Saudi National required
 </li>

 Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and work in our Riyadh office two days per week when not traveling
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts
