 As an administrative assistant in Gallup&rsquo;s Riyadh office, you&rsquo;ll support the consultants and leaders shaping the future of our work across the Middle East and North Africa. You&rsquo;ll take ownership of operational, logistical and client service responsibilities that keep our growing team running efficiently. Through your proactive support and relentless follow-up, you&rsquo;ll help us exceed our goals and deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform reception, hospitality and office support duties including answering phones, guest relations, internal office events and wellbeing initiatives, mail and courier services, technical support request coordination, office cleanliness, and other administrative responsibilities as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars for MENA regional leaders
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and submit expenses for consulting and business development teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Support collections efforts by persistently following up on past-due payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Scan accounting-related documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with accounts payable for vendors including initiating and setting up transactions on banking platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate visa processing activities for Middle East associates, new hires and relocations including liaising with agents and Gallup&rsquo;s legal team
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize client courses and events, print and ship related materials, and schedule follow-up coaching calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage translations through vendors, proofread or edit translations, and handle smaller English and Arabic translation tasks internally
 </li>
 <li>
 Register Gallup on vendor and supplier platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Update contact information in the CRM system
 </li>

 What You Need

 Saudi national status with at least three years of relevant professional experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience processing work permits and visas required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience processing government billing and transactions required
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic required
 </li>
 <li>
 A commitment to working on-site at Gallup&rsquo;s office required
 </li>

 What You Need

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; master&rsquo;s degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 At least three years of consulting experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and work in our Riyadh office two days per week when not traveling
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts
 </li>
