About the role We&rsquo;re seeking an Applications &amp; Development Intern interested in building practical skills in business systems, data/reporting, and light development work. You&rsquo;ll support application administration and reporting efforts, with a focus on SQL, analytics, and system enhancement around our core tools (including NetSuite).What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Write and improve SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and analytics</li><li>Assist with building/maintaining dashboards and operational reports (KPIs, trends, exceptions)</li><li>Support NetSuite-related tasks such as reporting, saved searches, troubleshooting, and data cleanup</li><li>Work with JavaScript for light scripting, report automation, or integrations (where applicable)</li><li>Document workflows, data definitions, and reporting logic so others can reuse and maintain it</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for<ul><li>Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in MIS, CS, Data Analytics, or similar</li><li>Comfortable with SQL fundamentals (SELECTs, JOINs, grouping/aggregations)</li><li>Interest in systems, business processes, and data quality</li><li>Able to communicate clearly and translate &ldquo;what the business wants&rdquo; into requirements</li><li>Organized and curious, with an eagerness to learn</li></ul>Nice to have (not required)<ul><li>Exposure to NetSuite (saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript) or other ERPs</li><li>JavaScript basics (functions, objects, debugging)</li><li>Familiarity with Excel/Power BI/Tableau, APIs, or ETL concepts</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll gain<ul><li>Real reporting and analytics experience tied to business outcomes</li><li>Exposure to enterprise applications and data workflows</li><li>A defined internship project you can showcase (reporting package, dashboard set, automation, etc.)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently located within a commutable distance of Stevens Point, WI?</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Stevens Point, WI 54481 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
