We are currently in search of a UKG Technical Lead to join our Technology team in Grapevine, TX. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative to meet critical timelines, thrives on innovation and problem solving, and is able to work across different teams in fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for managing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing UKG Pro platform.
This role is a leadership role and reports to the Senior Manager, HR Technology.
This role is 5 days a week onsite in Grapevine, TX.
What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Provide strategic oversight for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all HR modules, ensuring system integrity and operational excellence across the entire platform.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure system configuration is compliant with all current regulatory, business, and security needs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with business and technology leaders across the organization to identify opportunities to upgrade and enhance the associate UX. Build and execute a plan for solutioning (end-to-end business process mapping and technology architecture).
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage the technical direction of projects, mentor team members, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>A bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
</li></ul><ul><li>7+ years' experience with UKG Pro configuration (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, GL, WFM, Reporting).
</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years' experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integrations (EAI) using technologies (ie, Boomi, UKG connectors).
</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills; including oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills; with ability to adjust style, content and deliver effective presentations to the target audience.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to build relationships and foster trust at all levels of the organization.
</li></ul><ul><li>Consistently demonstrate a commitment to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, Data security/privacy protocols, and ethical responsibilities.
</li></ul><ul><li>Must be available and willing to work outside of standard business hours, as needed.
