 Ganahl Lumber is seeking a reliable and detail-driven
 
 Dispatcher
 
 to support daily delivery operations at our Escondido location. This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating drivers, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring customers receive materials accurately and on time.
 
 
 This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of keeping operations running smoothly.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate and supervise daily routes for approximately 4&ndash;8 drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and dispatch deliveries to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with drivers, yard personnel, and customers regarding delivery status
 </li>
 <li>
 Review load assignments for accuracy and proper routing
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor GPS systems and respond to route changes or delays
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate dispatch records within company systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Support customer service by resolving delivery issues promptly
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications

 Strong ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent reliability and attendance
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently while supporting team operations
 </li>

 Strong multitasking and communication abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of load building or construction material deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Truck driving experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with dispatch software such as AccuTerm
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with GPS tracking systems (ex: Zonar)
