Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Create engaging, original, and high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs, etc.).</li><li>Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.</li><li>Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors.</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment.</li><li>Run and monitor paid ad campaigns on social platforms.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience (2&ndash;4 years) in social media management and content creation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.</li><li>Proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).</li><li>Ability to analyze data and derive insights for strategy improvement.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,852.48 per monthWork Location: In person
