Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing &amp; Brand Management<ul><li>Develop and implement end-to-end marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives</li><li>Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels</li><li>Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms</li><li>Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spends</li><li>Manage all colaterals and vendors across all platforms</li></ul>Public Relations &amp; Communications<ul><li>Lead PR initiatives including media relations, press releases, corporate communication, and brand narratives</li><li>Manage product launches, events, and promotional activities</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors</li><li>Ensure consistent brand communication across all stakeholders</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Oversee SEO, paid marketing, social media, email marketing, and performance campaigns</li><li>Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel</li><li>Optimize funnels, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and timely delivery</li><li>Provide clear direction, goal setting, performance reviews, and skill development</li><li>Foster collaboration with sales, operations, and leadership teams</li><li>Effectively manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification</li><li>5-6 years of overall experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and PR</li><li>Proven team management and leadership experience</li><li>Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel)</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
