HR RecruiterExperience: Minimum 1 year in Recruitment Gender: Male Location: Padmanabhanagar, BangaloreJob Description: HR RecruiterWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting HR operations as required.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media etc</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates</li><li>Coordinate interview schedules with department heads</li><li>Ensure timely offer rollout and follow-up till joining</li><li>Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers</li><li>Support on boarding formalities and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with consultants and manpower agencies when required</li><li>Assist HR team with other HR-related tasks as assigned</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously</li><li>Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting</li><li>Should speak Kannada.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
