Job Title: Primary Teacher (PRT)Job Summary:The Primary Teacher (PRT) is responsible for teaching students from Grades 1 to 5, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with the school&rsquo;s curriculum and values.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), and General Knowledge to primary grade students.</li><li>Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans based on the school&rsquo;s curriculum.</li><li>Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.</li><li>Create a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation.</li><li>Monitor and assess student performance through classwork, assignments, tests, and observation.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and academic performance.</li><li>Prepare report cards and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.</li><li>Encourage students in developing good habits, discipline, and respect for others.</li><li>Integrate technology and digital tools into classroom teaching where applicable.</li><li>Participate in school activities such as assemblies, events, and celebrations.</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline and address behavioral issues promptly and positively.</li><li>Stay updated with latest NEP Guidelines.</li><li>Take part in training programs, workshops, and staff meetings as required.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with B.Ed.
