About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the company&rsquo;s overall financial health.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</li><li>Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and payroll entries as needed.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.</li><li>Assist with tax preparation, filings, and coordination with external auditors.</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation.</li><li>Support leadership with reporting and special financial projects.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office/Google Suite tools</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
