Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, generate, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (Sales, Inventory, Production, HR, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Accounts) to gather accurate data for reporting.</li><li>Maintain and update internal dashboards and performance trackers.</li><li>Automate reports using advanced Excel, VBA, or other BI tools to reduce manual work.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports to management.</li><li>Analyze business trends, customer preferences, and sales patterns to derive actionable insights.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations for leadership based on analytical findings.</li><li>Work closely with the sales &amp; marketing team to support forecasting and market trend analysis.</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements based on data analysis.</li><li>Use data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) to create dashboards and performance insights.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven experience as MIS Executive/Data Analyst, preferably in textile/apparel manufacturing.</li><li>Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.</li><li>Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in data cleaning, data validation, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
