 About The Role
 
 
 
 The PM, Employee Engagement is responsible for creating and executing programs that motivate and inspire field teams, ultimately enhancing the employee experience. This role supports initiatives such as recognition programs, reward programs, and sales contests. They interact with cross-functional business partners to manage the integration, communication, and execution of our engagement programs. They also support the Brand team to drive community impact in all stores and drive employee satisfaction and engagement. They report to the Sr. Manager of Store Experience to influence key business partners across all functions and channels and represent the voice of the field in all interactions.
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage in store execution of employee initiatives through effective programs, tools and resources that are relevant, engaging and inspiring for field employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and influence Reward &amp; Recognition programs to ensure flawless engagement through effective timelines, communication, &amp; execution details.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consult with Gap Foundation and support execution of Gap Inc. Annual Field Awards
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for management of monthly and quarterly recognition budgets including Store Visa funds and Gap Inc. Recognition Site points
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for the creation, design, and execution of store contest and incentives programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Consult with Gap Foundation and Global Sustainability and support the execution of community-based, volunteer initiatives to drive store participation
 </li>
 <li>
 Accountable for creation, design and execution of Gap Heritage Month programs, in partnership with Equality &amp; Belonging and other HQ business partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Support execution of customer experience programs or other trainings for field employees in partnership with other retail operations team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate field feedback and collaborate with Field and HQ teams to determine opportunities for process improvement and potential solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and execute all store communication associated with employee engagement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze competitors to enable best in class processes

 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a talented Associate Art Director to play a key role in leading our eCommerce team. You will guide our in-house photo team of photographers and stylists, plus freelance talent to execute all imagery for gap.com. This is a hands-on role that will cover Women&rsquo;s, Men&rsquo;s and Kids commerce photography, as well as overseeing laydown direction. With a passion for excellence and attention to detail, this is a crucial role in maintaining and evolving Gap&rsquo;s iconic aesthetic online.
 
 
 What You'll Do

 Reporting to the Creative Director, lead and direct the in-house eCommerce team including the photographer, stylists, and all freelance support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Creative Director to oversee art direction, image selection and support the process across multiple sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Creative Director and Production on model casting and freelance talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 On set Art Direction required as well as being the lead AD across all sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Elevate and evolve Gap&rsquo;s aesthetic while supporting the overall brand direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the styling team to ensure brand guidelines are being met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be the overall lead on final image selection and share with Creative Director and Director of Styling as regular intervals during the season.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain hair and make-up direction for all models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain seasonal art direction decks for all divisions.

 Who You Are

 A minimum of 5 year&rsquo;s experience as an Art Director in fashion&mdash; high volume eCommerce experience is extremely important.
 </li>
 <li>
 BA in design, photography, visual arts, digital media or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in Capture One a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 An elevated, fashion-oriented eye for photography, casting, styling, lighting, retouching and artistic vision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Displays a very strong understanding of the Gap brand&ndash; our products and consumer behavior.
 </li>

 Strong communication skills and time management skills.
