About the Role</b></h2><p>
We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer (Photo, Video) to join our Global Brand Experience team&mdash;the integrated creative, experiential, events, and storytelling studio for Gap Inc. This role is for a seasoned, autonomous leader who blends strategic creative planning and hands-on production expertise. You will be instrumental in shaping content&mdash;balancing speed, creativity, and precision across platforms in a nimble, social-first, and comms-driven environment.<br>

You will partner closely with Creative Leadership to concept, plan, and execute content that ranges from high-touch, large-scale campaigns to lean, fast-turn shoots and edits. What You'll Do</b></h2><div><ul><li>
End-to-End Production Ownership: Lead photo and video production across social-first assets, sizzles, comms assets, docu-style storytelling, and large-scale campaigns.</li><li>
Strategic Roadmap &amp; Briefing: Own the production lifecycle, including master calendars, complex timelines, and high-velocity post-production workflows. Drive the process by enforcing the Creative Brief, partnering with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment before execution begins.</li><li>
Financial Stewardship: Forecast and manage the annual production budget, tracking spend with rigorous discipline and optimizing resources without compromising the creative standard.</li><li>
High-Velocity Execution: Own the &quot;fast-turn&quot; edit and post-production flow. You are responsible for delivering polished video content for social, internal comms, and live events on tight deadlines with a network of editors.</li><li>
Resource &amp; Talent Architecture: Source, hire, and manage a trusted network of external partners, freelance crews, and talent; negotiate rates, usage rights, and contracts with precision.</li><li>
On-Set Leadership: Serve as lead producer on-set, ensuring an efficient, creatively aligned, and well-run environment. Partner deeply with Creative and Styling teams to execute shoots seamlessly.</li><li>
Asset Management, Sound and Music: Track and manage image usage and rights. Establish and manage comprehensive sound and music libraries to elevate the impact of<br>

About the Role</b></h2><p>
As a Planner within Franchise &amp; Regional Account Planning, you will support the development and execution of financial strategies across LATAM, spanning a multi-brand portfolio which includes Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta. This role is critical to enabling profitable growth across the region. You will play a key role in improving forecast accuracy, strengthening data integrity, and evolving planning tools and processes. As an individual contributor, you will act as a strategic partner to franchise teams and internal stakeholders&mdash;driving planning rigor, and embedding best-in-class forecasting, OTB, and in-season management practices across all channels.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Strategic &amp; Financial Planning</b></h3><ul><li>
Support top-down retail sales and wholesale buy targets, managing OTB and ROS across annual budgets and rolling forecasts.</li><li>
Support store productivity and real estate decisions through financial benchmarking, tiering, and density analysis.</li><li>
Contribute to the rollout of standardized store tiering and benchmark playbooks to enable consistent, data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Support LRP, ABP, and in-year business development to define how LATAM delivers against Franchise growth goals.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
In-Season Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Drive weekly and monthly trade analysis, using OTB and in-season levers to optimize performance.</li><li>
Supports reforecasting, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and translating them into clear actions.</li><li>
Partner with Merch Planning to optimize inventory and maximize revenue.</li><li>
Deliver hindsight analyses focused on store productivity, NSR improvement, and profitability drivers.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Regional &amp; Partner Collaboration</b></h3><ul><li>
Act as a strategic partner to franchise teams, strengthening planning capabilities and financial acumen.</li><li>
Challenge forecasts, resolve data inconsistencies, and elevate planning discipline across partners.</li><li>
Support onboarding to planning tools, OTB frameworks, and forecasting best practices.</li><li>

Data, Tools &amp; Platform Enablement</b></h3><ul><li>

Support evolution of partner-facing planning tools, including channel-level forecasting and OTB.</li><li>

Who You Are</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
2+ years in merchandise or retail financial planning</li><li>
Franchise/wholesale and eCommerce experience preferred</li><li>
Must be fluent in Spanish</li><li>
LATAM exposure</li><li>
Demonstrates strong ability to navigate ambiguity while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>
Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sales, margin, inventory, forecasting)</li><li>
Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>
Experience in scenario planning and financial modeling</li><li>
Strong communication and data storytelling skills</li><li>
