<div>Garces, Grabler, &amp; LeBrocq is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a passion for advocacy, and the ability to manage a complex caseload from intake through resolution. Trial experience is highly valued and considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.</li>
<li>Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development</li>
<li>Draft and file all documents that includes; pleadings, motions, discovery responses/requests, demands and more.</li>
<li>Represent clients in all depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (in good standing) to the New Jersey State Bar Association.</li>
<li>3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience a plus).</li>
<li>Strong written and oral advocacy skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and case management skills.</li>
