Overview/Summary:The Senior Supply and Demand Planner leads the development of strategic forecasts and supply plans, working closely with global teams to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, analytical expertise, and deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics.Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&middot; Lead the demand planning process across multiple product categories, driving alignment with business strategy.&middot; Partner with global Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure consensus and clarity on forecasts&middot; Proactively identify demand trends, risks, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness.&middot; Drive supply planning to meet forecasted demand while balancing capacity constraints and inventory targets.&middot; Mentor junior planners and help standardize planning processes and tools.&middot; Support executive-level S&amp;OP meetings with insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations.&middot; Contribute to continuous improvement projects and digital planning initiatives.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field&middot; 5+ years of experience in supply and demand planning, preferably in a global environment.&middot; Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and forecasting systems.&middot; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.&middot; Proven ability to manage complex planning scenarios and drive strategic decision-making.&middot; Proven Project Management skills (at least 3 years)&middot; Limited need for any feedback, coaching, and direction.Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
