As a Security Officer &ndash; Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard<ul><li>
Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity</li><li>
Verify identities and control access to secure areas</li><li>
React quickly to threats or incidents</li><li>
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras</li><li>
Document incidents and actions taken</li><li>
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks</li><li>
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents</li><li>
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property</li></ul>
Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard<ul><li>
Be authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process</li><li>
First aid certification is an asset</li><li>
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift</li><li>
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience &ndash; even better!</li><li>

You'll manage security personnel, coordinate with clients, handle incidents, and maintain compliance with security protocols. Your role includes scheduling staff, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues promptly.

Your Responsibilities<ul><li>
You're responsible to over see the site's schedule, payroll, attendance, Guard performance, and vehicle maintenance.</li><li>
You coach, counsel, and issue corrective action as needed.</li><li>
You work with and communicate directly with the Site Client and Client Service Manager to ensure operational satisfaction.</li><li>
You provide training to new and current guards on monthly training and new protocols set by the client.</li><li>
You ensure guards are clocking in/out accurately.</li><li>
Management role requires strong technology skills, written skills, front desk duties, checking in vendors and contractors. Driving position.</li><li>
Excellent customer service is always your top priority.</li><li>
You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.</li><li>
You provide rapid response in critical situations.</li><li>
You&rsquo;re good with reading and writing detailed reports.</li><li>
You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>

Your Qualifications:<ul><li> 
Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>
You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)</li><li>
2-4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role.</li><li>
2-4 years hands on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing etc.</li><li>
WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experience</li><li>
You&rsquo;re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.</li><li>
Prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is preferred.</li><li>
You have a state security license</li><li>
You have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification</li><li>
Able to pass an extensive screening process</li><li>
