we are looking for a talanted Flora Designer/ Online Florist to join a luxury flower boutique in Qatar.If you have passion for elegant floral arrangments,creativity, and attention to detail,we would love to meet you.<ul><li>Create floral arrangements in various styles (classic, modern &amp; custom)</li><li>Handle customer requests and translate their ideas into real floral designs</li><li>Prepare special arrangements for events (engagements, newborns, birthdays, corporate, celebrations)</li><li>Maintain daily fresh flower inventory, cleaning &amp; organizing the flower fridge</li><li>Ensure high quality standards before final delivery</li><li>Prepare ready-made bouquets and organize in-store displays</li><li>Suggest new arrangement ideas based on seasons &amp; trends</li><li>Support content creation when needed (photos / reels / styling shots)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong passion for flowers, colors &amp; aesthetics</li><li>Strong eye for detail and color combinations</li><li>Ability to work under seasonal pressure &amp; fast deadlines</li><li>High commitment and punctuality</li><li>Previous floral experience is a plus (not mandatory)</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Inspiring and enjoyable work environment surrounded by flowers</li><li>Growth opportunity in floral design career tracks</li><li>Salary + incentives based on targets</li><li>provid accommodation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: QAR500.00 - QAR800.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 48 per week
