If you enjoy outdoor work, have a passion for horticulture, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to stunning landscape environments.Duties<ul><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces pristine.</li><li>Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.</li><li>Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and installing features like pathways or retaining walls.</li><li>Perform plant identification to ensure proper care and pest management; apply pesticides following safety protocols when necessary.</li><li>Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or installing sprinkler setups to ensure proper watering schedules.</li><li>Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for pedestrians and vehicles.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols diligently while working outdoors with various tools and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping machinery and troubleshooting equipment issues.</li><li>Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and groundskeeping practices.</li><li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment operation.</li><li>Ability to identify plants accurately and understand horticultural principles for proper care.</li><li>Knowledge of pesticide management procedures to handle pest control safely and effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair techniques.</li><li>Outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability in various weather conditions.</li><li>Understanding of safety protocols related to landscaping activities to ensure a secure work environment.</li></ul>This role offers an engaging environment where your skills directly contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
