 Position Purpose &amp; Summary
 
 
 
 To greet and seat guests in the Dining Room in a prompt and courteous manner. To provide support to restaurant in order to ensure quality guest experience.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain work schedule as assigned and communicate any necessary scheduling requirement to management in advance of schedule release.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete required and suggested training to achieve maximum knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Input all reservation information thoroughly this includes first and last name, telephone number.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tag all reservations appropriately as member, hotel guest or public guest.
 </li>
 <li>
 Required to look at all upcoming reservations for any special notes or needs, including large parties where tables will need to be combined.
 </li>
 <li>
 Give eye contact at 10 feet and greet and welcome all guests to the restaurant as soon as they walk withing 5 feet with a warm and friendly greeting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ascertains the member/guests' dining needs by asking questions and listening to guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ask questions to inquire about special occasions, dietary restrictions, and allergies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acknowledge any special occasions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Seats guests using our standards and manages open table keeping all information up to date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Print and deliver every reservation slip to the assigned server.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor's restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor open dining sections for empty and cleaned tables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quote appropriate wait times adding guests to wait list and seating them as soon as possible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer the telephone with appropriate greeting capturing all information accurately, including food orders when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responds to guest inquires and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and orderly area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Disinfects all menus that have been presented to guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete opening and closing side work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be prepared to speak about the offering of the entire Resort and Spa including services offered and hours of operation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.

 Position Purpose &amp; Summary
 
 
 
 Reporting to Director of Front Office, the front desk supervisor oversees the front desk shift and will conduct service recovery, assist guests and members with all queries via email and phone; guest arrivals and departures with efficiency and professionalism, be able to make reservations, cancellations and answer questions on rates, hotel facilities, and services.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions

 Supervise front desk agents and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed during shift

 Conduct shift briefings and pre shifts for front desk agents
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct all check in and checkout procedures for the hotel according to hotel standards

 Have knowledge of Property management system, Jonas, Jonas Activity management, Kipsu, Sertifi, and Resqueue.
 </li>

 Have knowledge of entire Reservation procedure according to property procedures.

 Handle incoming calls to the property and answer calls promptly by the third ring and in a courteous manner.

 Performs all accounting duties including posting charges, account settlements, and shift closing.

 Is detail oriented to ensure that all relevant information is notated, and all tasks are complete and communicates as needed with colleagues and other departments

 Is calm under pressure and uses self-control in challenging situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts escalated service to ensure that any guest issues are solved or escalated to appropriate departments before the guest departs.

 Review arrival report daily.
